NYCC 2011: Mimoco

6:00 PM on 10.24.2011

Sorry for the delay there, as the sheer amount of video content has clashed with my civilian life. Don't worry though, the New York Comic Con goodness continues with our visit to the Mimoco booth. Located near the ESC-Toy and the Tenacious Toys/Toy2R booths, we just had to stop over and see what they had for sale at the con. If you've need for some nice looking flash drives that will definitely look better than your friends lame stick, then I think these guys are the ones you are looking for.

Hit the jump to watch the vid!

the Yoko cosplayer in the background is awesome/distracting
Yeah, that Yoko cosplayer is amazing.

What's up with the sound quality? It was a lot better with the Jackie/ESC interview which I assumed used the same gear.

Never been a fan of Mimibots or the like (such as those beanz things), although the Han Solo set is pretty sweet. Thought they were beyond stupid at launch back when they were selling 1gb and 2gb units (really, what's that going to store?) although it sounds like they're stepping up the functionality. The little "bonuses" in them never really appealed to me plus I've never really seen for decorated flash drives other than say a mark that designates it as yours.

Was Jessica a presenter or an actual employee?

Hikaru Sulu joins the MIMOBOT Trek fleet

The latest by MIMOBOT is the addition of Mr Sulu to their Star Trek fleet of flash drives, available at up to 128GB ( for up to US$129.99) capacity right now. This designer flash drive has an edition size of 1.000 and each one is numbered. Of course, besides the cool-ness of the exterior, the drive comes pre-loaded with the usual goodies from MIMOCO. A wise choice! [Buy from MIMOCO]
