No ordinary witch: Kotobukiya's Scarlet Witch from Marvel Bishoujo Statue series

With Halloween around the corner, the word "witch" gives me the image of a green, wart covered, old hag riding a broom stick. However, I now have a new image to associate with Halloween thanks to Kotobukiya. Joining Rogue and Black Widow of the Marvel Bishoujo Statue series comes the 1/8 scale Scarlet Witch.

Scuplted by Matsumoto Koei, Scarlet Witch is poised with a seductive gesture of one finger close to her lips. Every time I look at her face, she calls to me. Just like Rogue and Black Widow, the impression of her outfit being made from pleather is evident with light shining off of it from every angle. One nifty feature of the figure is that her cape acts as the base. Unfortunately, it also looks like one huge chunk of plastic.

Scarlet Witch has a beautiful face and shapely body but just doesn't have the same buying power as Rogue and Black Widow do for me. She's set for a December, 2009 release date for 6,510 yen. You can reserve her right now at Hobby Search for 5,890 yen. What's the probability of you owning her?
