[Update!] Pictures from the event have leaked and here's your first shots of the RG Zeta Gundam!

In what came as a surprise to relatively few, the next kit in Bandai's 1/144 Real Grade line, will be the MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam.  While it was expected, there are still many questions revolving around the kit itself. Zeta is notable as it's the first true transforming Gundam. With the mechanics and frame as the focal points of the RG line, how is that going to translate to the Zeta.

As you would expect from me, I'm excited for this kit. The MG 2.0 version of the Zeta was near perfect, so I'm very curious if this is going to be a scaled down version of that. The Zeta presents a lot of challenges and things can become unstable if too many gimmicks are thrown in. However, I'll have faith that Bandai will do right and make this an amazing kit. I also have faith that they'll eventually end up releasing Amuro's MSZ-006-3 version from Green Divers straight to the Bandai Premium shop. As for its transformation, I believe it will be included and damn near perfect. This is their way of showing off their plamo tech and I don't see Bandai letting down with this.

There's still no picture of the kit itself as that's currently forbidden. There's a long way until the November release date, so we'll definitely get the info as it trickles out. Until then, speculate to your heart's content!
