I think it may have been a while since Tomopop discussed the latest Transformers Masterpiece figures. Yes, I'm as surprised as anybody. I could've sworn something was said. At any rate, since then we've seen uncolored photos when Soundwave was listed on Amazon.jp then more recently we saw him in color on Seibertron.com and now, finally, he's available for preorder in places other than BBTS (which had opened preorders in late May because, well, it's BBTS).

Soundwave comes with Laserbeak but, as I understand it, supposedly Buzz Saw, Ravage, and Rumble/Frenzy will be available down the road (sold separately?). Soundwave will also include a Megatron gun, an empty Energon cube, an alternate tape deck, and a cassette case. And, let me just say, I was in absolutely in love with Soundwave until I saw his price tag. I think I'll just be pining for this one from afar.
