The adventure will probably take him months to reach your house

[UPDATE: Kahotan has released a preview gallery]

Good Smile Company's Nendoroid Wind Waker Link is currently available for pre-order. While the character won't come with things like a bomb, boomerang, or hookshot, he will include the hero's sword, hero's shield, a heart container, the eponymous Wind Waker, and a slashing add-on for the sword. Additionally Link will come with four interchangeable faces: a (standard) serious face, a smiling face, a "combat" face, and a nervous face.

WW Link has translated well into the Nendoroid style and is something of a neat follow-up to the figma Skyward Sword Link released a few years ago. Of course, the coolest part might just be the fact that we're getting all these versions of Link from different games rather than just receiving the same look in different lines. It really adds to the appeal of collecting everything rather than just picking your favorite format.

GSC's Nendoroid Wind Waker Link is slated for a late August release and can be pre-ordered for around ¥3,704. Be sure to check out the photos (including ones from the Kahotan preview) in the gallery.

I keep trying to tell myself that I'm done with Nendoroids but Good Smile Company just won't take "no" for an answer, as the company seems to constantly barrage us with cool offerings. To make matters worse, I find myself tempted by characters I've basically never seen before. Hit the jump for some Nendoroid highlights from Wonder Festival 2014 Winter.
