Yesterday, we gave you the heads up about a new Hatsune Miku Append Version figure from Max Factory. Unfortunately, at the time, we didn't have much info on her ... and technically, we still don't, but what we do have are lots of lovely new pictures of a second Append Miku via the blog of sculptor Masaki, and gosh, is she gorgeous. The difference in this figure is that her eyes are open while the other figure has closed eyes. Check out her translucent hair or that amazing outfit she's wearing. We've been going nuts over both versions of her in our editorial chats, but I do have a concern: where are her underpants? Maybe it's just me, but I don't see any.

So here's where the bad news apparently kicks in: we still have no preorder date for either figure and likely won't be getting any new info on her until April 30, the same day she's supposed to be revealed along with the new Vocaloid Append software will be released. Further more, there's an image on Masaki's blog that hints at April 30 being the release date. I haven't seen any preorders for Append Miku yet, so I'm not certain it'll be next week, but once preorders open up and help give us a definite date for this luscious Miku, we'll let you know.
