This is a super do want. I don't think I've ever wanted a figure as badly as this. Jack Frost is the mascot of videogame company Atlus, who make those awesome Shin Megami Tensei titles! In those, Jack Frost is not only an enemy monster, but he is very easily recruited. And adorable! Now thanks to manufacturer Art Storm, I can own him!
The figure stands up at 230mm. Simple math conversion tells me that's about nine inches? The sale price says he costs 5,505 yen. In USD, that's about sixty dollars. Of course the retail price is ten dollars higher than that, but this site still has their sale going on.
I doubt there is a Megaten game I've played without Jack Frost in my party. I've played nearly all the English releases and some of the Japanese ones. They're among the best RPGs ever. If you liked RPGs as a kid and hate the crappy direction RPGS have gone in, try out Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne and Persona 3 -- they are two of the best I ever played. This Jack Frost figure comes out Summer 2010, and I can't wait.
Having this Jack Frost sitting on my TV while I play these games would make me so happy.
Getting the bride to the altar can be difficult. Max Factory had an incredibly difficult time getting Saber there. Delays and delays kept pushing back the date, but figma Saber Bride finally arrived alongside the game she delayed in the process.
After all the waiting, was she worth it? Find out in the review of figma Saber Bride!

It feels like forever and a decade ago that we found out that (unsurprisingly) Hatsune Miku would embody Nendoroid #300. I guess it also helps that the announcement was rather forgettable, but this release preview by Mikatan ...

In addition to Bandai's wares, Bluefin also had many of Square Enix's recent Play Arts Kai releases on display. If you've forgotten what's out there or otherwise haven't kept up, consider this a good reminder. They include bo...
Those of us old enough to realize what a reversal of fortune is going in between the US and the UK in terms of gaming release lately can now look to our neighbors across the ocean with even more envy. As if it wasn't repeated...
There is more to plamo than just robots. In the past couple of years, Pokemon has gotten in on the plamo action. With several evolution sets already in production, there's a long way still to go before 649. They're inching ev...
I haven't played a lot of Tekken games in my life, but I am enjoying Kotobukiya's Tekken Bishoujo figures. Overall, it's a solid line of figures. The latest one to arrive is Emilie de Rochefort, otherwise known as Lili. This figure has its unique charms, as I was pleased to discover during the review process.
Read on to see what I mean!
Kristina beat me to posting about the Persona 4 Petanko figures from Penguin Parade previously (read that five times fast, I dare you), but now I get to let you guys and gals know they're up for pre-order! Both Yu and Rise co...
