Monthly DO WANT: September Edition

It's the end of September, and the madness never ends. With the holidays inching closer and toy makers' summer breaks over, we've had more figures than you can possibly know what to deal with over the past 30 days. Seriously, go look through our posts for just the past month. Its crazy.

Now, imagine you've got to sort through all those figures and pick out just one you want the most for the entire month. That's the task before the editors of Tomopop, and it's not an easy one. At the end of the month, we take all those picks and mix them together to get a little feature we like to call the Monthly DO WANT.

Brian Szabelski and Rio McCarthy want Sushibot

Brian: Sushibot is just too damn adorable. I mean, look at it. LOOK AT IT. How can you not want one or two or 25 of those for yourself? Sushibot is a great example of why PatchTogether rules, because they allowed Pez's idea to become reality, and everyone wins as a result.

Rio: I have to agree with Brian. Sushibot is definitely my DO WANT for the month, as he said — just freaking look at it! It's too adorable for words! Who WOULDN'T want a little Sushibot to set on their desk next to them while they work?

Pedro Cortes wants Uplark's Nia Teppelin from Gurren Lagann

I'm going with Uplark's Nia Teppelin, since she's on her way to my house to be place on my desk. OOOOOOOOOH THE MOE!

Eva Duenas wants the Vocaloid Puchi Nendoroids

I will not spazz, I will not spazz. Wait, I will spazz: rwkrgja;rlrkjwr;hlkwr;grlwkajg;. If you know me well enough, when I spazz, it's an awesome thing. I am way to eager to get my hands on these nendoroid puchi's. I still laugh at how much I became obsessed with Vocaloid when I thought they were stupid before. And a miniature KAITO? DO WANT! I'm going to take him everywhere with me.

Jason Millward wants the Predator The Big Hunt kit

That is literally the most sick, effing awesome, amazingly rad, mother-grooming piece of holy Shadow Moses-y Aye-yi-yi-yi that I have ever seen in my too-old-to-not-need-a-walker life. (That so would have made a better title to that post).

Brad Rice wants Kaitendoh's Ms. Balalaika from Black Lagoon

Just to say that I have it, and to have Ms. Balalaika watch over all my business decisions in the future, I have to go for the leader of Hotel Moscow. I can only hope that the figure looks better when it actually comes out, but I won't complain one bit if my sugar daddy/momma sends it to me.

Tim Sheehy wants Kangofu Rock's Elena Varenskaya (white version)

Not sure what I love most about this. The hair, the pose, or the outfit--not to mention, it's castoffable. It doesn't need to be for me to want it, but who am I to argue with a built-in feature. :D
