Sure we'll get the usual figure from One Piece here and game characters there, but we mustn't forget that there will always be the cute anime girl, too. And that's what ALTER presented at the MegaHobby EXPO 2011 Autumn event. The company had a figure from a title here and and another from a title there.
I'm surprised to see ALTER releasing a figure of the mischievous Momo Velia Deviluke from Motto To LOVE-ru. But who am I to complain? Short, pink hair? Sold. Wait. No. I take it back. I'm not really sold on her face. Something about the shape of it and her lips seems off. WORKING!! fans will be happy to see the rather short Poplar no longer be reduced to chibi form. Or is that her normal height? Either way, ALTER has a 1/8 scale figure coming of this little lady and she's looking ever so adorable. Top off with some amazing hair and this figure looks to be a winner.
Speaking of little ladies, from Zero no Tsukaima comes the 1/8 scale Goth Punk Ver. of Louise I'm seeing more maid than punk in this. You can't fool us with just those boots, ALTER! And finally, I can stop complaining about Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha the MOVIE 1st since ALTER is returning to Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS with the older version of Nanoha. The company showed off their 1/7 scale Nanoha -Summer holiday- figure and I love the very full, shapely body Nanoha has. Just... those eyes... they're so big...
Some cute ladies coming down the line, that is for certain, all set for release sometime in 2012. The question is, have any of these ladies worked their charm on you?
