MegaHouse certainly does have its hands in some popular series. Earlier I said they had it in One Piece and Pretty Cure but I completely forgot they also have their hands in idol producing simulator The iDOLM@STER.
Sisters Futami Ami and Mami will be joining the cast in figure form but I have to ask what's going on with their molds. Both Ami and Mami are looking rather frightening in the sculpts of their faces. Maybe once they have paint and eyes, they won't look like soulless demons anymore.
Past and upcoming painted figures were also shown for this series. My heart is still aflutter for the business smart Akizuki Ritsuko because of her average appearance. Amami Haruka and Hoshii Miki were shown in their exclusive King of Pearl 360 outfits which share the same colors of the Xbox 360. Hagiwara Yukiho who is in the group is suppose to be receiving this special treatment but looks like the outfit wasn't ready for this event.
Other repaints of the cast were displayed as MegaHouse seems to make a killing in repainted The iDOLM@STER figures. Any fans of the series or designs find themselves caving on these releases? I know I will if I have to look at Ritsuko again one more time.
