Figma Blog reports that as long as you purchase a Figma on or after February 5th, 201, you will get a free scarf and pair of gloves. However, I assume this is specifically geared at the Japanese market, so I'd suggest buying through Hobby Search or another Japanese-based retailer in order to cash in on the deal.
Wcloudxkumo reports that there's no specifics as to whether this is a one day event or not, so to be safe I'd say buy your Figma on Febuary 5th if you want the winter garb. As soon as we hear more details on these, we'll let you know.
