Let this Sengoku Nadeko slither into your collection

Assuming you don't work for any law-enforcement authorities, if you asked me if I like the sight of a phallic-shaped animal crawling up a girl's leg, I'd say "Yes!" That pretty much sums up what I feel about Kotobukiya's Sengoku Nadeko. Opting for a different look, this Nadeko is in her school uniform, which in my opinion is far too under-appreciated. Sure, her signature hat and jacket combo is nice and all, but how can anyone say no to that? It's simple, it's cute, and it suits Nadeko's innocent character perfectly! *deep breath* Okay, I'm gushing.

It's pretty hard to get away with a bright orange fanny pack, but Nadeko's slightly awkward body language somehow manages it make it work amazingly well. She also comes an alternate face with a troubled reaction to the invisible friend on her right leg. But if I got this figure, I would display her the snake with her happy face -- there's no reason why they can't get along, after all.

Kotobukiya Nadeko is due out this November for ¥6,800 before the usual discounts at your friendly online retailers. Is anyone else as excited as I am?
