Kratos is a Play Arts Kai, coming for April Showers photo

A long while back, we spotted God of War's Kratos as one of the many figures being added to the Play Arts Kai line. Today though, we're finally getting to see more of the gray-skinned warrior, albeit in very dim lighting.

The sculpting, as usual, looks pretty good. The detail is there, evident by the numerous veins and bulging muscles. Since Kratos is bald, we won't have to worry about the hair issues that have plagued this line. As for what he'll come with, 2 pairs of swords as well as a set of alternate hands to hold said swords. I wish I could honestly tell you more about it, but whoever did these preview shots loves horribly dim lighting.

What I can tell you is that Kratos will be available in April, the perfect addition to brighten up for Spring. If 5,800 yen may sound a bit expensive to you, don't fret as that is a result of his height, 10 inches of bad and buff Kratos. This had better be a good figure to be more expensive than the game itself, but knowing the U.S., it'll be priced cheaper for us.
