Kotobukiya's Xiaomei is just purrfect

Dec 16 // Emily Smalara

Perhaps the pun was too easy to reach for, but with such an adorable and alluring little figure, I couldn't resist. Among my love for kemonomimi, cats definitely come in somewhere near the top, so it's a recipe for success when you combine them with Kotobukiya's usual modeling prowess and the lovely-as-ever character designs of Tony Taka.

Shining Hearts' literal cat burglar is sure to steal your heart with this figure, thanks to some very attractive attention to detail like her tail entwined with her fingers, and a barely there dress that's perfectly tiny. Of course, the added taiyaki is a cute touch as well! I can't wait to get my hands on her, but sadly she won't be available until next April. Pre-orders have been open for a short time though, and she'll set you back about ¥8,200.
