Kotobukiya revealed via Facebook some nice shots of their upcoming 1/6-scale Isaac Clarke figure, and I have to say I'm pretty impressed. Although having a masked hero in a sci-fi shooter is pretty cliche nowadays, I still like the design of Isaac's RIG suit. Kotobukiya has gone with the Dead Space 3 design for this figure, but the iconic face mask and glowing spine are all there.

Oh yeah, the glowy bits do indeed light up thanks to the use of LEDs. The figure also has a ball-jointed neck, so you can vary up the pose just a little bit. It's a pretty solid looking pose, too - at least it looks like he's going to be fighting something. The only silly bit of design is the fur-lined coat. Come on, you're in a spacesuit. I guess there will be a story justification for it but fur does you literally no good in a vacuum.

Isaac will be released in June 2013, but there aren't any pre-order details yet.
