Bootlegs are the bane of the collector's existence, and once again, they've reared their ugly head out in the open. The target this time Kotobukiya's ARTFX+ Justice League New 52 figures.

The bootleggers, a company by the name of Crazy Toys, has so far made counterfeits of Supes (reviewed) and the Green Lantern (reviewed). When you look at the original product, you can tell right away that something is off with the bootleg. Outside of the very obvious box discrepancies, the details just don't match up. The base is different and the bootleg figures use pegs instead of magnets.

Kotobukiya has made a guide for the differences between the real and counterfeit. You can check it out in the gallery below.
