Kotobukiya is indeed making a plamo Yotsuba

Scheduled for March release

Last week as New York Comic Con kicked off, Kotobukiya held its Hobby Exhibiition event in Akihabara and showed off new figures and new Cu-Poche. But one thing was missing from all that coverage, and we're rectifying that right now: Kotobukiya is making a plamo kit of Yotsuba Koiwai, the 6-year-old titular character of Japanator-and-Tomopop-favorite Yotsuba&! The latest entry in the Yotsuba&! Plastic Kit Series (all of the others have been Danbo variants) is yet another piece of merch from the series on the way. Not that I really mind that, even if my bank account does ...

Yotsuba is coming in March, and I sure hope she comes with a little more cheerful expression than the one in the teaser image. On the plus side ... mecha-Yotsuba is much, much closer to reality, and we can all be fearful thankful for that!
