Koihime Musou's Kanu goes 3D with this pre-order

Amakuni - 1/8 Scale

While a certain raven-haired lass might be the first thing that comes to mind when someone mentions Kanu, one does need to remember she's based off a historical figure. With Japan's penchant for historical gender-bending, you can certainly expect to see others--like this cutie from Koihime Musou!

Based off of Hobby Japan's Queen's Gate supplement to the Queen's Blade game, you can imagine she definitely leans towards the racier side of things. She's got quite the revealing outfit and pose going on, but I particularly like the little details like the attention paid to her weapon and the little heart chain at the end. I'm also digging the softer coloring used, fitting well with the satiny appearance of her clothing.

If you're inclined to pick her up and have the means, you'll be able to grab her on Hobby Japan until January 10th, though she won't be arriving until early next summer. You can pick her up for ¥8,980, or drop ¥1,000 more for a version with a book cover.
