Kidrobot has big plans for its 10th anniversaryIt was only 2002, but it's been 10 years since a young, upstart company from New York called Kidrobot took the building art toy genre and transformed it into a flourishing scene. Thousands of artists and fans later, the company continues to build vinyl and art into household names. With the 10 year anniversary upon us, the company is looking to celebrate. The flagship store is leading the party, with a showcase of the company's goods from the past 10 years. Opening October 12 and coinciding with New York Comic Con, an invite-exclusive event will release the special 8-inch Silver King Dunny, a release that looks back to Dunny Series 1. Following the opening, the rest of special Dunny quantities will be released over the 10-day exhibition period. That won't be all, as the Bots Mini Anniversary X edition will become available on October 12 at all Kid Robot stores and online while a special Bots Mini Tristan Eaton edition will be made available the same day, but only at the Kidrobot Los Angeles, San Fransisco, Miami, London and Las Vegas stores. This is only the beginning of the celebration and who knows what we might see at the exhibition. As always, we'll be on hand to bring you the updates as they come. Did you know?
