It's hard to trust Jazwares on these figures. The last Mortal Kombat figures they made where terrible=/
Kind of tempting. If anything to recreate Kombatant Try-Outs with Sonic on the ol' toy shelf.

Looks like shit. The eyes and faces look even worse than the last line.
The cyborgs definitely came out better for lacking normal faces. Scorpion I might cave on, but Reptiles eyes are yuck. Also not sure why the hell they wouldn't do a Subzero since not only was he one of the biggest characters but they could have used either that ninja or the cyborg molds given that the character has been both. The continued lack of bicep articulation is aggravating... At any rate, will likely pick up Cyrax and probably also Scrorpion assuming that they don't want too much for these. After a certain price I'd be too indignant for pay for this so-so level of quality (between the heads and limited articulation).

My sentiments exactly.
Really hated Sub-Zero as a kid (that was always my brother's character, tbh), but he's since grown on me and is pretty essential regardless. I'd say he more represents the MK franchise better than even Liu Kang.
