Hot Toys makes some damn fine figures that has made it one of my favorite companies. Their line of Iron Man figures has wildly impressed me and makes me want to take out a mortgage to get them all. I'll be well on my way to a second mortgage once their previously teased 1/6 War Machine makes its release.

The newest piece of the Movie Masterpiece line to coincide with the release of Iron Man 2 is War Machine. Detailed as it is in the movie, there's no detail missed. Reactors, eyes and hands are all lit-up for the world to see, thanks to battery-powered LEDs. War Machine features all of his weapons, which will all be movable to your desires. Articulation is present throughout, as his torso and individual fingers will be posed to your liking.

There's only one thing that is bothering me about this release, and it's that the likeness of Don Chedle doesn't really look like him, and instead like Tiger Woods. This isn't too much of a bad thing, especially considering that Tiger Woods could finance the War Machine suit himself and would do so to take on the press and numerous women of questionable professional careers. As this is a prototype, I'm sure that this will be corrected.

No prices have been divulged yet, but I'd expect the same pricing as their previous Iron Man releases. 1/6 War Machine is currently scheduled for a release date sometime this summer.
