Our friends at HobbyLink Japan have been preparing a little preview of the All Japan Mokei Hobby Show 2012, running the same weekend (Oct. 13-14) as New York Comic Con. Easily the most impressive of the bunch is Hasegawa's 1/1500-scale Arcadia from Captain Harlock; just look at the detail on this kit! She's listed as 35 cm wide, which I'm guessing is nose-to-tail length. And that's not all, anime fans: they're also doing a 1/72-scale kit of Tatiana's Vanship and Fam's Vespa from Last Exile.

But there's a bit more, too. Fine Molds is giving us a 1/35-scale Type 89 Medium Tank Type Kou from Girls und Panzer; Aoshima is bringing a new model of the 2012 Subaru BRZ and more importantly, 1/24-scale Super Detail models of all three Deloreans from the Back to the Future franchise; Tamiya will have new models like the 2010 Formula One championship-winning Red Bull RB6, along with RC cars like the Subaru BRZ Super GT racecar; and Bandai will have the Master Grade Nu Gundam ver. Ka and Real Grade Gundam Zeta (both are also going to be at NYCC) along with more Tiger & Bunny merch.
