Keep that money-makin' machine rolling folks, because it's time to pump out another Evangelion Revoltech! What's Kaiyodo has in mind for this new product is the EVA-02 as it will appear in the upcoming Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo. As to how Revoltech no. 124 differs from Revoltech no. 102, there's a couple of new additions.

The sculpt has changed a bit, reflecting the damage that Asuka's unit received. A new arm and headsculpt has been given, not to mention the most notable change of new weaponry. People are drawn to the giant shield on the EVA unit's back which also helps to serve as the figure's stand. Even if you already have every EVA-02 under the sun, I can see why you'd want to add this one into the collection. Also packed in are the super electromagnetic European crossbow, two progressive knives, 12 extra hands, and the umbilical cable.

For the Revoltech EVA collecting enthusiast, it will be out this October for 4,267 yen. You can go ahead and pre-order at your retailer of choice. Now just wait for the next Revoltech EVA-02 in about a year.
