He-Man characters make for mighty Wacky WobblersFunko's latest bunch of Wacky Wobblers are a bit more powerful than usual, as it features Masters of the Universe characters. He-Man, Skeletor, Orko, and Beast Man will soon join a wealth of other Funko-produced bobble heads. While I'd like to root for the good guys, Skeletor and Beast Man seem the clear winners of this batch. The two seem to have come out spectacularly (no pun intended), while He-Man somehow seems lacking and the proportions don't quite flatter Orko. Skeletor's head seems spot-on and Beast Man looks great (although his blue eye shadow looks thicker than usual). Both Orko's head and body look to be almost adapted from the cartoon... except the sizes are different. While a disproportionately large head is a hallmark of the bobble head style, generally it's accompanied by more stylized (sometimes to the point of caricature) head and/or body which is missing here. Instead the end result just looks awkward although I suppose it still has its charm. Anybody here powerfully excited for the He-Man additions to the line? Are there any characters that you're hoping to see? Did you know? You can now get daily or weekly email notifications when humans reply to your comments.
