Griffon's new Reimu is looking a bit skinny

Griffon's new Reimu is looking a bit skinny photo

Griffon will be adding to its formidable line of Touhou Project figures with this new 1/8-scale Reimu Hakurei. This isn't surprising in the least, but at least it's kind of cute and interesting. I do find her proportions a bit weird. She has a really long, skinny torso... sort of like a tree's trunk. The overall peaceful look and base lend this figure a little personality without having to go to an elaborate pose. Not bad altogether, I'd say.

You'll be able to reserve this through Griffon's site and other retailers until October 22. The deadline's only two weeks away so make up your mind fast! The MSRP is ¥6,800, though there doesn't seem to be a release date listed yet.

Nendoroid Hatsune Miku 2.0 is ready to go

It feels like forever and a decade ago that we found out that (unsurprisingly) Hatsune Miku would embody Nendoroid #300. I guess it also helps that the announcement was rather forgettable, but this release preview by Mikatan ...
