Griffon's love for Touhou Project knows no bounds

If there is one company you can rely on for your Touhou Project fix, it's Griffon Enterprises. They love them some Touhou Project. Very much. With 8 figures released, Griffon is taking a page out of horror movie sequels and seeing how far they can go. At least with Griffon, you can expect something original with every new release. ZING!

The next two figures, making a total of 10, are going to be the 1/8 scale Sister of the Devil Flandre Scarlet and the Seven-Colored Puppeteer Alice Margatroid. For consistency, these two will be sculpted by i-con just like all the other Griffon Touhou Project figures. Alice is pretty and the way her dress is painted makes it appear as if it is glowing. Flandre is looking amazing just for her colorful wings alone. The pose feels more lively than her older sister, Remilia. I love the way i-con sculpts the dresses on all these figures. So much motion going on.

AmiAmi has both available for pre-order and expected to be released in February, 2010. Alice Margatroid will cost you 5,780 yen and Flandre Scarlet will cost 5,540 yen.
