Griffon's Deformate Series Rider of Fate/stay night available for pre-order photo

Purple and black are such beautiful colors that go together. Which is why I'm finding myself falling in love with Fate/stay night's Rider. How come I never noticed this character before!? Griffon Enterprises is releasing the non-scale Rider based on the illustration by Harada Takehito as the second character to their Deformate Series. Their first being Saber who was released back in 2008.

Rider is looking hot sporting her tight outfit giving her much push up action along with the gorgeous boots, spiked nails and beautiful, flowing hair. Her detailed weapons will feature real chains which is a plus. Rider's visor is removable showing eyes that scream of her past life. Just looking at them gives me the creeps. The more and more I look at Rider, the more I realize why I desire her: the shiny purple. It really makes the figure pop.

Rider will be retailing for 5,500 yen and is available for pre-order at Hobby Search and AmiAmi. She is expected to be released in February, 2010.

Did somebody say purple!?

This figure is so very nice. Her hair is damn close to being my exact favorite shade of my favorite color. And the look of the chrome on that outfit... I clicked on the link and just stared at the pre-order button. I'm going to check out the anime now. If her character clicks with me at all, they have my money.

Jonathan, I am realizing today more than ever what impeccable taste you have!
I really like Rider's character design too! But I don't really like this figure. The pose is too bland, with her just standing there. I guess I got spoiled by seeing another figure of her that was just amazing. Can't remember where I saw it though.
I really liked this figure when I first saw it. I don't like her face when her mask is off, but otherwise, really like it.
Rider is HAWT how do you not notice her? I guess she's overshadow by the Saber figures.
Yeah, she is kinda overshadowed by Saber, though she is one hot character, along with Sakura.
Mmmm..shiny purple.
@gamergirl--I think you mean this figure (http://myfigurecollection.net/figure/3674_rider) which is indeed stunning, although I like this version as well. Her coloring is just so vivid and very different from any figures I own. Feel like I may have to pick this one up. ^^

I think I prefer the GSC version...
But I quite like this figure. More static poses are far too understated these days!
@Leah - Yep, that's it! I love her hair and pose - so dynamic! Although the price tag on this one is much more attractive!
@gamergirl--Yeah, my thoughts exactly--I don't have $100+ for that particular Rider figure, but I can totally afford half that! Perhaps I should actually start saving for the figures I really want...^^
