Good Smile Company Wants More of Your Money: 1/8 ActSta Figure Line Announced photo

Good Smile Company loves money. You would think that with their piles of cash from Figma and Nendo-obessed otaku, they would be complacent in their Scrooge McDuck money pool. On Mika-tan's blog today come new shots of a new figure line on the way from the good folks at Good Smile. What's really impressive about the line is its size. Each of the figures will be in 1/8 scale, making them tower over their Figma counterparts. The line will be titled "actSta", short for action statues.

The first figure in the actSta line will be Subaru Nakajima from Nanoha StrikerS. There's no word yet on when the line will start production or what they'll cost. I can imagine they would probably go around the 50-60 dollar range. Once we find out more, we'll be sure to bring you the updates. For now, enjoy the first shots of Subaru in the gallery.

Pretty sexy o.O
That's certainly reasonably priced
No bad GSC!! Let's hope that the parts aren't hard as well to put together. (i.e figma hands)
Woot
I won't complain!~

Really though, I like Figma's idea, but I wish they were a bit better looking. I'm not talkign about the joints, I'm talking about the sculpt and painting.

But it seems these will be extremely beautiful
Dammit. Good Smile Co, should I just give you my bank account number? XD I am definitely becoming the sucker for figures that can have action poses.
Yeah, I'm going to want something from this line, I'm sure....
At first I didn't even realise it was jointed!
A must-buy, this.
