Good Smile Company's new Tenshi sets my heart aflutterI missed out on Angel Beats, but I do like angel girls so it's nice to see one every once in a while. Now that I think about it, Angel Beats' Tenshi is the only angelic figure I've seen, like, ever. While her normal character design doesn't resonate much with me, I think this particular version is very pretty. It's based on an illustration by the show's animation director Katsuzo Hirata and sculpted by Beijing-based sculptor Usagi. If for some reason you don't like the angel look, the wings are removable. If you're feeling even less angelic, she casts off - rather unusual for Good Smile Company figures. While Tenshi is an exclusive, overseas shoppers will be able to pre-order from the Good Smile Online Shop from now until October 30. The MSRP is ¥8,400 and she'll be out March 2013. Make sure you check out Good Smile Company's product page for more pre-order info and photos. [pre-order at Good Smile Online Shop] Did you know?
