Gingerbread AT-AT perfect for those Hoth nights

Perhaps not strictly a toy per se, this delicious AT-AT was simply too sweet to pass up. This is some pretty appropriate timing, coming right off the heels of this past weekend's The Old Republic beta test, and I know after swinging that lightsaber around for the past three days I'd love to relax with a nice chunk of the Empire's finest desserts.

This marvelously detailed treat in particular (complete with tiny Luke hitching a ride) was crafted by one Rachel Klemek, owner of the most awesomely named Blackmarket Bakery in Irvine, CA. Continuing to make me jealous over my town's own lack of baked goods, perhaps those of you in the area should pay a visit and check out their wares!
