Massive WANT but at over $500 way out my price range- considering as well she's unpainted...*loathes self for lack of painting skills*
Anyone willing to donate $500? I'll bake you a cake if you do.

If I thought I had any hope at all of getting it to look anything like that, I might have considered it. I really like KOS-MOS but there's no way I'm spending that much money when I've never even touched another garage kit. I guess 1/4 is probably to big for me anyway. If only they had released her 1/8 scale . . .
ah, beat me to it. Also found out that she will also be sold at Hobby round 2 near the end of september so now I can either forget her entirely OR scrap my plans to buy the Schelptor from chara hobby and buy her in sept...
thoughts?
thoughts?
christ that face is scary awesome, wish it was cheaper, and painted, and I'd be all over her.
In a good way, possibly a bad way later ;p

wow.. her lips are so hot.
That was the first thing I thought. XD;
As this is an impossibility for me, I'll just gaze at the beauty of this figure from the photos.
one word = BADASS. that is one word right?
I kinda feel like this will hit pvc for some reason, it will be expensive but I feel it.

Pinching pennies right now to try and make it for the Hobby round 2 batch.
Oh, and to answer colettes question, the most I have ever spent on a Garage kit is a cool 61,500 yen back in 2007. You know, that bunny haruhi sculpted by BUBBA? yeah, I broke my bank balance for one of those babies!! And the price above doesn't take into account the amount I spent to do her up either!!!
So if all goes well, KOSMOS will be my second most expensive figure. (until I buy my perfect change dangaioh)
@Negativezero: This is volks we are talking about here. They aren't exactly known for making PVC figures of their existing resin kits and they definitely aren't going to allow another company to do it either so I think this will remain resin only. Question is, will it remain event only?

@colette: you're right, actually! I've improved my painting a lot since I got her but she's still my fave. A friend once asked me if my room caught fire and I could only save 1 figure, what would it be and I instantly answered Haruhi.
She's a first in many ways for me, First time I truly broke the bank (and I haven't done so since. Most of my kits cap out at around 26,000 yen), my first wonderfestival GK and the first time I employed my Japanese friends service to avoid all those pesky Deputy charges (I just have to worry about bank transfer costs, which aren't bad if I transfer a fair bit in 1 go, and overseas shipping costs)
