It's late fall so you know what that means: MegaHobby Expo time! I'm always hyped to see what kind of new stuff is coming soon (or in Alter's case, much later). Let this be a reminder for all of you to start saving up!
Here's a quick rundown of some of my personal highlights (and one lowlight):
Rin Shibuya by Alter: I don't follow Idolmaster but Rin's character design has always appealed to me.
Lala Satalin Deviluke by Alter: Alter doesn't often go for sexy figure designs, but I guess To Love-ru calls for it. Hopefully it's on par with Max Factory's lineup.
Makoto Tachibana and Haruka Nanase by Alter: For fueling your BL fantasies.
Okoi by Alter: Another awesome Vanillaware design will be made into a figure! I love it!
Kanzaki Ranko by Alter: Another Idolmaster gal that I have absolutely no connection to, but I like the design anyway.
Makoto Niijima by Amakuni: Oh yeah, the Persona 5 figures are rolling in. It sucks that the US has to wait until Valentine's Day to get it, but I'm excited!
Ooyodo by Amakuni: As far as KanColle designs go, Ooyodo is pretty normal. I still love her overall look, though.
Kongiku by Amakuni: Amakuni will be making a couple more almost-naked ladies from Muramasa including Kongiku and Yuzuruha!
Megaman X and Zero by Amakuni: Megaman is great and all but what I found interesting is the religious undertone of this figure. Does it not look like a Pieta?
Naruto and Sasuke by MegaHouse: I never got into the Naruto franchise but this looks like a great figure. You get two characters and a gravity-defying pose - both winners in my book.
Android 18 by MegaHouse: Earlier this year, MegaHouse released a pretty bad Android 18. They're following that up with... another bad one. There's quite a lot of derp in this figure.
Rem and Ram by MegaHouse: I have yet to see Re:Zero but I'm sure anime fans will be excited to know the twin demon maids will be getting the PVC treatment.
