Oh Ichiban Kuji, how you love to torture me with all your unobtainable seductions! A little while back Chris Seto gave us a look at some of the unpainted shots of these upcoming figures, and the final images have really piqued my interest. Next week Macross Frontier:Wing of Goodbye is set to drop in theaters theaters along with a bunch of Ichiban Kuji goods celebrating the release. 

I'm pretty hyped for the "A" prize Ranka figure. The entire outfit is removable revealing a swim suit of some sorts underneath. The most appealing detail has to be the sandals. The awkward and realistic fit to them is starting to make me think I have some sort of foot fetish! 

I can't quite put into words what a huge Macross F fan I am, but for some reason I can't stomach any of the chibi figures they have released for the series. There is something about the styling of the eyes in combination with the small forms that just doesn't sit well with me. When I first saw the pictures of Sheryl in the military outfit I really did think it was Mikhail at first. To me, that's just not a good thing. Does anybody on Tomopop collect them? Am I missing out?
