Well, this came out of left field. Not that I'm complaining or anything. In fact, I welcome it! From SNK's side scrolling blow everything up in your path title Metal Slug 4 comes the cute Fiolina Germi by Embrace Japan. This 1/8 scale figure comes as a surprise but I'm happy to see that it's Fio.

The quality is looking a bit rough based on the photos taken and I am unfamiliar with Embrace Japan's works. However, it's Fio! And Metal Slug! The pose along with Fio's facial expression is cute and I'm a sucker for a lady with glasses. The icing on the cake here is that Fio will also come with a mini Metal Slug and captured soldier. 

I'm a little hesitant about ordering this one what with the quality shown in the photos and the retail price of ¥8,800. Plus with it also being an April, 2012 release, that month is getting very crowded. However, how often does something like this come along? This also makes me wonder if Embrace Japan will follow up with Eri. Do you see yourself getting this? And which character would you like to see in figure form?
