Dragon Quest 25th Anniversary Map Diorama

We've already seen an abundance of Dragon Quest items thanks to their fabulous 25th Anniversary celebration, but this time we've got something a bit different. This time we have a 3D diorama of the map of the original Dragon Quest. When finished it will measure out to be almost 10 inches square, and 1.5 inches tall.

Now here's the breakdown: The map will be in 11 parts, and there will be 9 monsters. The monsters are: Slime, Ghost, Dragon, Doraki, Chasing Dragon (after transformation), Meijikimera, Devil's Knight, Golem and Rikantomamuru. I think the monsters look like they're already sculpted onto the map parts, so if that's the case it should make it much easier to collect. Each box retails for ¥6,300, and comes with 9 pieces, so you'll obviously have to have more than one box to get the entire set. It's not set to release until late March though, so you have a bit to get in those pre-orders to start your map collecting!
