Dolly Oblong's Yooki makes me feel warm and fuzzy
Sometimes custom figures are too cute not to post. Such is the case with Dolly Oblong's latest for the Sneaky Snow Ball at Kidrobot London, Yooki the Drifting Yeti. Other than the cute play on the name (Yuki — the Japanese word for "snow" — plus Foomi, the Munnyworld character's name), Yooki has a fun backstory. According to Dolly, Yooki is a "friendly floating yeti (who) scours the Arctic fishing for presents." The custom Foomi comes with Yooki sitting atop his little chunk of ice, fishing pole in hand as he catches another present. It's one of my favorite Foomi customs I've seen to date, in no small part due to the adorable look and the themeing choices Dolly made to make him fit the Snow Ball's winter theme.
