Does your heart race for Chara-Ani's Race Queen Kanu?

Wait. An Ikkitousen figure that we can post!? That's... unusual and rare. And even more odd? It's a modest figure! From Ikkitousen Xtreme Xecutor comes the 1/8 scale Race Queen Kanu by Chara-Ani and she's looking rather nice. Not superb but nice. Ikkitousen is usually known for having these ladies show as much skin as possible so I'll be honest in saying that seeing this version is quite refreshing.

Based on artwork from a browser game, Chara-Ani has done an okay job on this figure. From photos, I haven't really been too impressed with a Chara-Ani PVC figure but, still, I'm blinded by the fact that it's... safe to look at. I do like how Kanu is lifting her insanely long hair but at the same time, can you blame her? It looks like it would be dragging on the floor if she didn't. I do like that she has that bit of fold by her waist to show that she does have some meat on her. And... that's all the positive comments I have for this figure. The quality, as I said earlier, is not the best looking. The mold looks rough as does the paint.

But, hey! If you're wanting a Kanu figure that you can display, this one is an option for you! ...just... don't cast off her skirt unless you want that front and back wedgie showing. Chara-Ani's Race Queen Kanu is retailing for ¥6,648 and will be available in April, 2012. So, outside of the quality issues, what are your thoughts on this take of Kanu and Ikkitousen figures for that matter? Nice to see a decent Kanu or do you want more skin?
