If you have visited the Disney Store online in the last couple of days, you may have noticed that something's different. The site has changed format and I am still trying to decide whether I like the update or not. I will confess that I do like that you can now scroll over on some items to see different angles and the product page's seem to look cleaner. I just feel like I am having trouble finding things, as if someone broke into all the drawers at my desk and switched around the contents. Does anyone else feel this way? I'm hoping that it's just a case of needing to adjust to the new system. 

Speaking of finding things, I did notice several new additions to the store's inventory. One that I am particularly excited about is the listing of Vinylmations Popcorns Series. You can check out our previous coverage on the line here and here. Thomas Scott, one of the lead Vinylmation designers, tweeted the news this morning. Two of the figures in the series, black and white Mickey Mouse and Pluto, are online exclusives. All of the Vinylmation figures in this series cost US$24.95 each.

In other store news, Wreck-It Ralph, the video game-flavored movie, received its own merchandise section on the site. Plushes of a ton of the impish Sugar Rush characters, Fix-It Felix, and two versions of Wreck-It Ralph (pixelated and realistic) are part of the new collection. Another highlight is the detailed, talking Vanellope Van Schweetz doll.

Rounding out this update is the reminder that beyond Halloween is Christmas. Well, Thanksgivings is stuck in-between them, but who is keeping track? Anyways, Disney Store Online has already started to list some of their holiday offerings. Besides ornaments, there are also four plushes on the site: a 7 inch Mickey Mouse, and 7 inch Minnie Mouse, a 9 inch classical Mickey Mouse, and a 9 inch classical Minnie Mouse.
