Is Hasbro's 3.75-inch Ultra-Poseable Spider-Man not big enough for you? And are you sick of waiting for Hasbro to release their 6-inch Amazing Spider-Man figures?

Well, your friendly website Scarecroodle announced a while back that the Disney Store (and subsequently its website and Marvel.com) would be getting variants of the Marvel Select Amazing Spider-Man figure (so technically you *could* have had the standard version even earlier but these are cooler). Well, I blinked and these figures are now available from DisneyStore.com. I don't know when or how it happened (well, I know how they add these things to their store...) but it's there. And I feel awful that I wasn't able to tell you sooner.

But wait! I know just how to make it up to you! From now until Sunday, the Disney Store website has a promotion where you can save 25% off your total order with the code DISNEYPAL (some restrictions may apply but it seems like it works on this). So these Marvel Select figures which would normally run you US$22.50 will instead only cost US$16.88. Pretty sweet, right?

If you don't remember the variants, one is a version with alternate "unmasked" parts (head and ungloved hands which offer a better look at the webspinners) while the other features a slick metallic paintwash.
