Dimension diver may be a name familiar with our more seasoned readers. He's a garage kit maker who specialises in making poseable figures for sale at events like Wonder Festival. His works have been covered a fair bit in the past on these very pages! BUt, for some time now, there hasn't been much news on his works. He's been at events but nothing new has appeared for some time. And now we know why!

This months scans showed off a rather intriguing Aigis poseable figure on its pages which is almost instantly recognisable due to the distinct designs from Dimension Diver, but rather than being a garage kit, this Aigis is going to be a PVC release. That's right, you will soon be able to buy your very own premade dimension diver figures at a fraction of the original cost! So far, only Aigis has been shown off, no doubt buoyed by the recent home release of Persona 4 Arena (if you live anywhere except Europe at least, who have yet to even have a release date set!).

But that's not all, a quick look at the redesigned Dimension Diver website shows that there are at least two other poseable figure lines which we can expect to see in the near future! The PolyNian line is an original work and looks to be focusing on humanoid mecha designs (think Phantasy Star Online) while the Deformar line definitely looks to have potential. Chibi designs like nendos but more poseable!

Going back to Aigis, she's had a slight redesign since her original incarnation and will come with additional accessories and firing effects. Expect to see pre-orders coming up soon as news is expected to come out in September and she has a price of ¥5,040! I'm not a big fan of poseable figures, but for Dimension Diver, I'm more than happy to make an exception!
