As with all great things, everything gets better with action figures and then better still when said action figures are given amazing articulation. We've already got a pretty amazing X, and an equally amazing Zero, but when it comes down to it, all that awesome goes wasted without a great villain to blast away, hence why Bandai is showing off their newest addition to the D-Arts Mega Man line, Vile, with pics courtesy of Bluefin Tamashii Nations USA.

Just a few weeks ago, Bluefin Tamashii was telling you all to go vote on who you'd like to see get a figure next (which Andres covered admirably), but they also teased at a new character already in the works. That reveal turned out to be Vile, and when I first thought about Vile appearing, I was skeptically ho-hum since Vile didn't exactly strike a cord with me when I played Megaman X the first time. All that skepticism is now gone upon clearly seeing the figure in its fullest badassery, with appropriate shoulder cannon, knee cannon, and fancy alcoholic beverage swilling, a feature most action figure villains should come with if we can be truly honest with ourselves.

No release date or finer detail information is available yet, but Bluefin Tamashii Nations USA does want to remind you to head to their Facebook wall and vote for the Mega Man figure you'd like to see Bandai make next (let's go Protoman!). For now, I'm pleased to see more great figures keep popping up from this line. What do you Tomofolk think? Pre-order or no pre-order?
