Custom Delights: Why so serious?

Kid Robot forums member Lobsterjohnson created this amazing Joker Munny styled after Heath Ledger's Joker from the highly anticipated upcoming release The Dark Knight. According to its creator, the custom Munny was created as a tribute to the late Heath Ledger. Which puts me in a strange moral dilemma.

I'm sure someone would've made a custom Munny joker at some point whether Ledger kicked the bucket or not. But would they have put as much care and consideration into their design if the late Ledger hadn't gone to the great drug-fueled party in the sky? Perhaps, perhaps not. All I can say is that if someone has to die for an amazing custom toy to be made I've got a sharpened axe and a lot of free time.
