If there is one thing I love more than almost anything else, it's Wonder Woman. I think we've pretty much established this by now, I'm totally gay for Wonder Woman. You know what else I love though? Adam Hughes drawing Wonder Woman. The statue is based on the cover of issue #173 from when Phil Jimenez was writing the book and is a gorgeous piece of work. She's sported the armor more than a few times in books like Kingdom Come and most recently The Rise of the Olympian by Gail Simone which also introduced a sexy Gay Achilles that rides a flying elephant. The fact that I can write sentences like that is what makes me love comics
My only problem with this getting another Wonder Woman in the line is that I am really starting to hope it doesn't mean we're going to start seeing a lot more repeats in the line. I love Wonder Woman so yeah, gimme a billion of those, but I would much rather see a Huntress, Stargirl, Vixen, any other Batgirl, Lady Blackhawk, and more before we see more of the same characters. DC easily has the greatest stable of female heroes and villains and I would love to see that explored rather than just the same bunch of characters on a repeated basis.
The coldcast Porcelain beauty will be around 10 inches high and is going to be released April 11th of next year for $100.She should be available to order in a couple of weeks and I'll update as soon as she goes up.
