Cool crafty person made a TARDIS Sock Monkey photo

Some days, the best kind of geek is the crafty kind. Especially when they're Doctor Who fans and get creative like Miss Kate did over at Craftster. Check out the image in the gallery to view her TARDIS Sock Monkey which was made for another (lucky) user on that site.

Seeing stuff like this makes me wish I knew how to make plushies and things like that, so I could have my very own squishable, huggable TARDIS, too.

Big Chief offers life-like 1:6 scale 10th Doctor figure

Doctor Who is one of the few shows out there where you can watch for six years and still be considered a newbie (or whatever clever name Whovians have for it). That's me. I've been watching since the series launched in A...

Travel into the future slowly in this 67-inch TARDIS

Underground Toys' inflatable 67-inch tall (or 5-foot-7-inch) TARDIS is pretty tall. And, at 37 inches across and deep, it's big enough to fit some people. And, apparently, it can even open to do just that. While no pictures a...

The threat of large inflatable Daleks might be overblown

The Daleks, perhaps Doctor Who's deadliest foes, are looking less than threatening as 30-inch and 47-inch inflatable collectibles. In fact, I doubt that Underground Toys' Inflatable Daleks will be taking over much of anything...
