Chris Ryniak's Triple Crown Monster coming on Saturday
Chris Ryniak's Triple Crown Monster was previously seen at SDCC, but now, we're getting to see how it looks painted with this new, orange variant! Based off the mascot of the Triple Crown of Yo Yo, this three-headed beast stands ready to rule over the yo-yo kingdom. Limited to 50 pieces, they'll be priced at US$100 each. The first painted Triple Crown Monster will be released at the Yo Yo Expert table during the Triple Crown of Yo Yo event held at Millennium Park in downtown Chicago. The event is free and open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the day. A few pieces will also be reserved for the World Yo Yo Contest held in August in Orlando, and any remaining pieces will be sold by Triple Crown of Yo Yo on their page. You can also pick up an unpainted Orange Triple Crown Monster for US$80 each at the Rotofugi table, with leftovers available online on Monday, July 30. Plus, there will be an official Triple Crown of Yo Yo After Party at the Rotofugi store (2780 N. Lincoln Ave.) on Saturday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Central. Did you know?
