This weekend is special as it hosts the annual Chara C3 x Hobby event. Hundreds of new and upcoming products are shown off in the hopes that you will part ways in the future with your money. There's plenty of things to be excited about, but nothing that's absolutely brand-new. At least we are getting shots of the items that were recently announced in Gundam ACE.

We finally get to see the prototypes for the upcoming Master Grade of the AGE-2 Darkhound and the HGUC edition of the Byarlant Custom. I'm glad to see that the Darkhound in its correct colors and that the Byarlant is finally in an affordable price range. The Master Grade of the Nu Gundam ver. Ka is up with its lineart, but no final sculpt just yet.

What I'm really excited for though are the new final color sculpts of the Master Grade Buster and Aegis Gundams. I wasn't too sold on Buster, but upon seeing it in color, I'm going to have to add it in the future. Aegis is something I knew I wanted, but now those feelings are just confirmed.

The star of the show is the Real Grade Zeta Gundam. Well, it's supposed to be anyway. There isn't any new information, but hey, look how nice it is in its MS mode. There's still no word if it transforms, but at least it looks rather solid. What is new for it though is that a special 1/48 scale bust of the Zeta will be included as a special stand in a future issue of Gundam ACE.
