There are a lot of figures of Tamaki Kousaka. So many, sometimes some will slip through the cracks, as with the case of this Daywear Tamaki from Griffon. We seem to have missed a look at her the first time around, but Griffon's bringing her back this January so you, and us, can get another chance to see the goods.

Perhaps surprising for a Tamaki figure, this isn't a very racy one at all. Other than the fact she's caught in the surprisingly sexy act of tugging her jeans on, it's a very modest design. Even her figure is less overly curvy than many artists portray, and her outfit in general is pretty mundane. I do see an issue with her neck seam being startlingly visible, but it's not enough to stop my love for this figure.

Is it my favorite Tamaki yet? I'm not sure, but it is very close. I love her outfit and I love seeing a more normal side of a rather cheesecakey character. If she's right up your alley, get ready to shell out around ¥7,600 when she's released.
