orz i really need to practice my effects...
Originally, this was going to be a oneshot for practice, since I couldn't really see where else to take this kind of story. But after seeing GreatShadow's post, I thought a little more and started getting some ideas. I'm pretty notorious for not finishing stories that I start, but I hope those that are interested will stick with me until the (tentative) end.
Also for those that may be offended, strong language and gore ahead.
