Apparently the 3.75" Spiderman line will be partly recycled in movie line
About me

What is a Scarecroodle?
~It's a catchier and more memorable name than Scarecrow, which is generally taken anyway. Scarecrow, being a fear-related villain with a catchy costume, is probably one of my all-time favorite villains (just not the movie version).

Beyond that, I'm just an average white guy in the age 24~36 bracket.

What does a Scarecroodle like?
~I love fighting games, platformers, horror, and anime. I also collect a lot of Marvel/DC stuff, but most of that interest stems from the old cartoons/movies and the comic interest only came because I thought some of the figures looked insane. Figure-wise, I think the 6\" scale is probably the ideal size for figures. At that size they can make nice display pieces, sick detail, and joints that don't break (like in the crappy smaller scales).

I'm also a massive fan of the really small scales because it usually allows for a lot of incredible-looking scenery (check out stuff like Warhammer, etc). I would love to really get into sculpting, but I'm kinda clumsy which doesn't work well when things need to be exact.

I'd really like to get into statues (because the detailing and paint is usually good), but the pricing is more than a little daunting and you don't get as much variety out of them whereas figures can be posed into elaborate set-ups or whatever.

Was checking out the Toy Ark coverage and noticed some familiar faces in the upcoming Spidey movie line, notably what looks to be the Green Goblin and Venom from the previous Spidey line (albeit with new accessories).

As you'll recall, I previously mentioned that the line seemed to have been canceled without notice last year (then again, nobody noticed anything about it when it ran >_>). I guess we may see items from it in this new line and, hopefully, some stuff they didn't get around to releasing last time. It's cool mostly because I never saw Shocker in stores and kinda wanted a Scorpion, despite the limp articulation on the things. Not sure how the newly made stuff for the line will turn out, although that one Spidey on display looks to have hinged hips...
