You Worthless Piece of Scrap PVC, Did You Think You Could Defeat Me?
About me
Just your average amateur figure collector, gamer, and anime connoisseur. My figure collection grows slowly due to being a poor college student, but it's growing nonetheless. I also cosplay as an additional hobby. I'm a huge fan of Evangelion, Touhou Project, Godzilla films, and DC comics.

Oh yeah, I also play BlazBlue. I main Iron Tager and Platinum.

Bandai's D-Arts line has always been pretty neato, making fully articulate figures of characters from Digimon, Persona, and Metabots such as Thanatos, War Greymon, and Rokusho. However, Bandai has been getting a lot more praise for their recent Mega Man X additions, Type-2 Zero being their most recent. However, Tamashii Nations USA has recently unveiled their latest addition on their Facebook page which made me shout for joy.

That's right, folks! It's Vile, Sigma's faithful Maverick soldier from the X series! Vile dons his appearance from the first X game just like the previous figures in the series.

Don't make me use this!

That's it! I'm using it!

[center]As far as we can see, Vile comes with two shoulder cannons, the right one of which may or may not be removable, his trusted bronze kneecap (just kidding, his shin gun) and an old-fashioned style glass from the X manga filled with what could either be bourbon or mud. As Reploids they can't really tell the difference, y'know? He might come with another accessory or two. You never now.

Vile was originally planned to be a Tamashii web exclusive, but it seems persistent Western interest has brought him to our side of the planet! No details for price or release date yet, but I'm sure it won't be long until that's all brought to light. Vile's always been my favorite character from the X games, so I'm stoked for this figure. However, you can't have Vile without his signature Ride Armor. Maybe we'll get one in the future? Who knows, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
